How can we help?

We are a small team, and we test the codes on this site by hand every day. Even then, some slip past us. A store quietly changes a code, an offer ends early, or something on the page just does not behave. If that happens to you, please tell us.

Whatever you write goes straight to our inbox. There is no ticket number and no bot reply. One of us reads it and writes back, usually within a day or two.

A code did not work

Send us the store name and the code you tried. We will run it again ourselves. If it is dead, it comes off the site the same day.

You spotted a deal we missed

Good catch. Send it over on the Submit an Offer page and we will check it before it goes live.

You work for a brand or store

Privacy and your data

Our Privacy Policy covers what we keep and why. If you want your details removed, just ask and we will do it.

The more you tell us, the better our reply will be. The store name, the code you used, and what you saw when you tried it are usually enough to go on.

One thing worth saying up front. BunnyCoupon is not a shop. We find and test coupon codes, but we never sell anything, take payments or ship orders. If your question is about an order you have already placed, the store you bought from is the one who can help.
