How to Save at Autodoc it

The easiest way to save at AUTODOC Italia is to shop the discounted parts shown on the site. Selected items carry large reductions, with brake pad kits from BOSCH discounted by up to 74% and BREMBO brake discs reduced by 60% to 68%. Popular service items such as MANNOL Longlife 504/507 motor oil are also listed at competitive prices. Because prices change often, it is worth checking the product page before ordering.

Another way to save is AUTODOC Plus, a paid membership with several tiers. Basic costs €2 per month and Expert costs €10 per month, with cheaper annual plans from €16 per year. Optimum members get 35% off the secure order option and double bonus rewards. Professional and Expert members get 30% off shipping, 50% off the secure order option and an extra 5% off specific items. New members can try Optimum free for 14 days before the paid plan starts.

Shipping at AUTODOC Italia

AUTODOC does not offer free shipping, but it rewards larger baskets. Standard orders under €140 cost €9.95 to ship within Italy, while orders of €140 or more cost only €1.99. Tyres ship for €1.99 and bulky items cost €19.95. Items marked as available are shipped within 1 to 2 working days after payment is received, and there are no shipments on holidays.

Returns and Secure Ordering

The standard return period is 14 days from receipt. Parts must be returned in their original packaging, unused and with no signs of installation, and one return per order is allowed. For extra peace of mind, shoppers can add the secure order option for €4.95, which extends the return window to up to 200 days. AUTODOC Plus members get a discount on this option.

Payment Methods

AUTODOC Italia accepts bank transfer, credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard, American Express, CartaSi, PostePay, PayPal and Sofort banking. The site notes that available payment options can vary by product, price and supplier, and the methods for each order are shown at checkout.
