Verified AW Bridal Promo Code, Coupons & Deals 2026

AW Bridal (AW.Bridal) is an online bridal retailer offering wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, prom and evening gowns, flower girl dresses, and related bridal accessories. Many styles are made to order in custom sizes, while some items are available for quicker delivery.

For standard (made-to-order) items, customers must contact AW Bridal within 48 hours of receiving the order to request a return, and returns are generally accepted for damaged items, missing items, incorrect items, or items that do not match their description. Quick Delivery dresses can be returned unconditionally within 7 days of receipt if unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Custom-fitted, made-to-order dresses and shoes, lingerie, garters, earrings, and personalized or dyed items are not eligible for return unless photos show a defect caused by the seller.

Economy shipping takes about 15-18 working days and Expedited shipping takes about 3-7 working days, after production. Since most dresses are made to order, production itself can take up to 8-9 weeks before the item ships. Shipping fees depend on the destination country and chosen method, and are calculated at checkout.

AW Bridal ships to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, and Italy. Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes charged by their own country. Once an order ships, a tracking number is emailed and tracking becomes active within 24 hours.

AW Bridal's customer service can be reached through the customer account portal on awbridal.com, where order and return requests are submitted and typically answered within 48 hours. The company's registered business address is 25322 Jeronimo Rd, Lake Forest, CA 92630, USA.
