Before a code goes up on this site, one of us opens the store, fills a basket and types it in. If it takes nothing off the total, it does not get published.

Codes still stop working without warning, so we recheck the busiest stores every day and pull anything that has gone dead.

According to CanadianInsulin.com’s shipping policy, dry-packed products can be sent through Standard Shipping (5–10 days, US $15) or Express Shipping (3–5 days, US $25–35), while cold-packed medicines like insulin are shipped only through Express Shipping (US $35–50). Cold items are packed in medical-grade gel packs, and customers receive a tracking number once the order is shipped. If an order doesn’t arrive within 28 days, customers can request a re-shipment.

CanadianInsulin.com does not have a dedicated Return or Refund Policy page, but its Customer Agreement states that medications may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, and any returned medication will be destroyed according to applicable laws. The agreement also notes that if the company or its agents fail to deliver an order or cancel it, the customer may receive a refund. However, the website provides no clear instructions for how to initiate a return, including no return address, no conditions for temperature-sensitive products, and no details about shipping costs, making the policy incomplete and unclear.
