Carmel Car & Limo Service offers an affiliated fleet including late-model 4-door sedans, more luxurious sedans, minivans for up to 6 passengers, SUVs, stretch limousines (some equipped with TVs, DVD, and CD players), passenger vans for up to 10 people, and buses for 14 to 40 passengers. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles and pet-friendly minivans are also available.

Reservations can be made online at carmellimo.com, which offers instant quotes and booking, or by phone at 1-866-666-6666 (international callers can reach +1 212-666-6666). A mobile app is also available for booking and managing reservations, and customers can retrieve receipts through the online customer portal.

For NYC pickups, cancelling within 6 minutes of booking or 21+ minutes before pickup incurs no charge, cancelling 6 to 21 minutes before pickup incurs 50% of the base fare, and cancelling 5 minutes or less before pickup is treated as a no-show and charged the full base fare. For non-NYC pickups, the same 6-minute grace period applies, but the free-cancellation window extends to 51+ minutes before pickup. A no-show also applies if the passenger does not appear within 10 minutes of the requested pickup time.

Carmel Car & Limo primarily serves New York City and its surrounding airports (JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark), as well as trips beyond the city. The company also offers international and worldwide reservations through its website.

Credit cards are accepted and must be presented to the driver at trip completion, unless the ride was booked as a pre-paid "All-Inclusive" reservation. For pre-paid trips, if the actual tolls are lower than the amount pre-paid, the difference is automatically credited, and if higher, the extra amount is charged. Gratuities are discretionary except on charge accounts and pre-paid reservations.
