Before a code goes up on this site, one of us opens the store, fills a basket and types it in. If it takes nothing off the total, it does not get published.

Codes still stop working without warning, so we recheck the busiest stores every day and pull anything that has gone dead.

Carsha ships from its warehouse in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong, and most orders leave within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Standard shipping is free on retail orders of HK$101 or more, both in Hong Kong (3 to 7 business days) and internationally (3 to 20 business days). Smaller orders cost HK$26 in Hong Kong or HK$65 internationally, and express delivery costs HK$78 in Hong Kong or HK$190 internationally. Customs duties and local taxes are paid by the customer, and wholesale orders get a separate freight quote.

Carsha accepts returns or exchanges only for defective items or wrong items received, and the return must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in new condition and with original tags and labels. Sale items are final sale, and intimate items, food, drinks and supplements cannot be returned. Customer service creates the return label, and refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected, which can take at least 7 days. Contact contact@carsha.co for help.
