Verified City Experiences Promo Code, Coupons & Deals 2026

City Experiences operates multiple tour and cruise brands across North America, Europe, and Australia, including City Cruises (harbor and river cruises with dining and sightseeing options), Walks (guided walking tours of historical and cultural sites), Devour Tours (food-focused tours), and specialty brands like Alcatraz City Cruises, Statue City Cruises, and Niagara City Cruises. Offerings include dining and brunch cruises, sightseeing cruises, attraction access, whale watching, ferry services, and private events across more than 40 destinations including New York, San Francisco, London, Rome, and Paris.

Cruises are non-refundable final sale unless Ticket Assurance is purchased at the time of booking. Without Ticket Assurance, customers may reschedule or receive a gift card if they cancel at least 48 hours before departure, but no refunds or changes are permitted within 48 hours of departure, and there is no compensation for late arrivals or no-shows.

Ticket Assurance is an optional add-on selected at the time of purchase that allows customers to reschedule or cancel their booking up to 2 hours before departure for a full refund, minus the cost of the Ticket Assurance itself.

Devour Tours and Walks tours offer free cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
