What they sell
BunnyCoupon Store Frequently Asked Questions
What products does Cookies By Design sell?
Cookies By Design specializes in gourmet gifts including Cookie Bouquets (decorated sugar cookies arranged in an eye-catching display), Cookie BouTrays (a combination of decorated sugar cookies and gourmet cookies), and Cookie Baskets (gourmet cookies paired with themed decorated cookies). They also offer gourmet brownies, decorating kits, cookie cakes, and favor trays. Note that products contain major allergens including wheat, soy, milk, eggs, tree nuts, and peanuts, and sugar-free or gluten-free options are not currently available.
How does delivery work with Cookies By Design?
Cookies By Design offers four options: hand delivery by local staff or a courier, in-store pickup, UPS ground shipping (arriving Monday through Friday on the requested date, though it may arrive up to a day before or after), and overnight shipping (guaranteed by UPS, with over a 92% success rate). Delivery is available to most businesses and residences in the U.S.A., except Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses, and availability depends on the recipient's zip code and gift type.
What is Cookies By Design's satisfaction guarantee and return policy?
Cookies By Design offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products, meaning if you're dissatisfied with the quality, freshness, or presentation of an item, the company will work to make it right. Because cookies are perishable, traditional returns are generally not accepted. Instead, customers with concerns should contact customer service directly so the issue can be resolved on a case-by-case basis.
What happens if I need to correct a delivery address after placing an order?
Address corrections made prior to delivery incur a charge of $22.00 or more. For specific delivery timing or changes, customers are advised to call customer service at 1-855-COOKIES (266-5437).
How can I contact Cookies By Design customer service?
Cookies By Design customer service can be reached at 1-855-266-5437 (1-855-COOKIES) or by email at customerservice@cookiesbydesign.com, Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm CST. Corporate gifting inquiries can be directed to gifts@cookiesbydesign.com. The company's mailing address is 110 Hillside Ave., Suite 304, Springfield, NJ 07081.
