Verified DYU Cycle Promo Code, Coupons & Deals 2026

DYU Cycle sells foldable electric bikes (e-bikes) along with e-bike accessories, batteries, and parts, designed for commuting and everyday riding.

DYU accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused and, for e-bikes, has less than 10 kilometres on the display, with all original accessories and packaging included. Returns require prior authorization from service@dyucycle.com. Return fees apply: $200 per e-bike and $100 per unused battery, and items from unauthorized resellers or special orders are not eligible.

DYU e-bikes come with a 1-year all-inclusive warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. Frames are covered for replacement, batteries have a prorated 1-year warranty, and original parts carry a 1-year limited warranty, though normal wear items like tires, brake pads, and chains are excluded, as is damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

DYU offers free shipping on orders over €100, with orders processed within 2 working days and delivered in about 2-5 business days from their Polish or German warehouses. DYU ships throughout much of continental Europe, including countries such as France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands.

DYU Cycle customer service can be reached by emailing service@dyucycle.com for order, warranty, return, or shipping-damage questions. Shipping damage claims should be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
