Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days from receipt to return an online order. The simplest option is to take it to your nearest MOSS store, where returns are free and refunds are processed straight away. Courier returns through Royal Mail or Collect+ cost £3.99, which is taken from your refund, but there is no courier fee if you are exchanging for a different size. Some items cannot be returned, including hats, fragrances, swimwear, underwear, skincare, gift cards and any altered or personalised pieces. Items must keep their labels and show no signs of wear.
