MyPervyFamily lets you manage and cancel memberships by logging in at cancel.mypervyfamily.com. Its Terms of Service also allow cancelling through the members' area support section, by contacting customer support, or through the cancellation link in your transaction receipt. A confirmation email is sent once the cancellation goes through, so check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Yes. MyPervyFamily's billing FAQ says the description on your card statement will not directly match the product name. Your welcome email explains which billing company name will appear. The support site lists Aylo Billing US Corp (Austin, Texas) and Aylo Billing Limited (Cyprus) as the billing entities.

Under the MyPervyFamily Terms of Service, refund requests for credit card purchases must be submitted within 120 days. For alternative payment methods such as gift cards or crypto, the window is 90 days and the terms note that refunds may not always be possible. No refunds or credits are given for partially used memberships, and refunds go only to the original payment method.

Yes. A MyPervyFamily subscription renews automatically after the initial term ends unless you cancel. Monthly memberships are charged every 30 days after the sign-up date, and trial memberships switch to the standard monthly plan if they are not cancelled during the trial.

The MyPervyFamily Terms of Service explain that during a free trial promotion a small nominal fee may be charged to check that your payment method is valid. That verification charge is automatically reversed or refunded.

MyPervyFamily support at support.mypervyfamily.com offers live chat and email from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Billing and cancellation questions and technical questions each have their own chat section.
