Quark offers QuarkXPress, described as a powerful page layout and digital publishing software for content design, brochures, books, magazines, and newspapers, with features including page layouts, typography, graphics and photo editing, and AI capabilities. Quark also offers the Quark Publishing Platform (QPP), an enterprise content automation solution for regulated industries like life sciences and financial services, Quark Docurated, a content aggregation and management platform, and QuarkXPress CopyDesk, editorial collaboration software.

QuarkXPress is available as a prepaid annual subscription, which includes upgrades, updates, and technical support and auto-renews annually, or as a perpetual license, which includes one year of maintenance and support with an auto-renewing annual maintenance plan that can be cancelled anytime. QuarkXPress CopyDesk is available as a one-time perpetual license purchase.

For annual prepaid subscriptions, customers who cancel within 14 days of their initial order, without having activated the software, receive a full refund to their original payment method. After 14 days, payments become non-refundable and service continues until the end of the contracted term. For annual maintenance and support plans, cancelling within 14 days after the renewal date results in a full refund, while cancelling after 14 days is non-refundable, with coverage continuing until the contracted period ends. Canceling means losing access to future upgrades and technical support once the term ends, though customers keep the final version of the software downloaded during active coverage.

QuarkXPress transactions are processed and supported through Cleverbridge, Quark's e-commerce partner, which handles order-related support inquiries.

Quark offers several support channels depending on the type of inquiry, including a technical support portal for opening support cases, a knowledge base for self-service help, and a general contact form on their website. Partner-related inquiries can be directed to quarkpartnersupport@quark.com.
