Verified Ravin Crossbows Promo Code, Coupons & Deals 2026

Ravin Crossbows is a manufacturer of high-performance crossbows designed for hunting, offering models built for speed, accuracy, and reliability, along with related accessories and ammunition.

Ravin Crossbows offers a 5-year warranty from the original purchase date, covering defects in materials or workmanship. Strings, cables, cable slides, sleeve bushings, bearings, and cosmetic appearance are excluded. Customers must complete warranty registration within 30 days of purchase, either by mail or online at ravincrossbows.com/register-ravin, for the warranty to take effect.

Contact Ravin customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your crossbow in for service. Ravin will repair or replace defective units at no charge for covered issues, while non-covered repairs are billed at current repair rates.

Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS ground delivery. Ravin does not currently ship internationally, and shipments cannot be made to PO Boxes. International customers should use the dealer locator to find an authorized retailer in their region.

Ravin works with customers to resolve issues if they are not fully satisfied with their purchase, and encourages contacting their support team directly. Note that for purchases made through an authorized dealer, that dealer's own return policy applies instead of Ravin's direct policy.

You can contact Ravin Crossbows through the contact form on their website during business hours (weekdays, 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time). Support and FAQ pages are also available on their official website for common questions.
