Before a code goes up on this site, one of us opens the store, fills a basket and types it in. If it takes nothing off the total, it does not get published.

Codes still stop working without warning, so we recheck the busiest stores every day and pull anything that has gone dead.

Shopbop offers a convenient shipping experience for customers in many regions. The store typically provides free shipping on eligible orders, allowing shoppers to receive their favorite designer clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories without additional delivery costs. Shipping options and delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders are processed quickly after confirmation, and customers can track their shipment through the order tracking system once the package has been dispatched. During busy sale periods or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer due to high demand. International shipping is also available for many countries, giving shoppers around the world access to Shopbop's wide range of designer fashion. Any applicable duties, taxes, or additional fees will usually be shown during checkout so customers know the full cost before placing their order.

Shopbop aims to make the shopping experience worry free by offering a return and refund option for eligible items. Customers can usually return products that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition within the allowed return period specified on the website. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund is typically processed back to the original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and the customer's bank, but refunds are generally completed within a few business days after the return is approved. It is important to note that some products may be labeled as final sale, meaning they are not eligible for return or refund. Customers should always review the product details and return policy before completing their purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
