Step One Promo Codes & Coupons

About Our Step One Discount Codes

Step One is an Australian clothing brand known for underwear made from bamboo viscose. The range covers men's boxer briefs, trunks, briefs and athletic styles, women's bras, bikini briefs, thongs and body shorts, plus children's underwear, socks, the NiteKnit sleepwear line and CloudPress Pro compression tights. The brand regularly releases limited edition prints such as Crocz, My Love is the Sea, Aquamarine and Capri Yellow, and offers matching sets for couples and families.

Boxer briefs, bra and brief sets and body shorts start from around $25 each, which makes multipacks a popular way to stock up.

How to Save at Step One

The easiest saving at Step One is free shipping. Every order delivered within Australia ships free, so there is no minimum to reach. New Zealand shoppers get free shipping on orders over $200 AUD, and orders to Asia and other countries ship free over $300 AUD.

Promo codes appear from time to time, including storewide percentage and dollar off offers, and some carry a minimum spend. Joining the Step One email list is the best way to receive subscriber only codes and hear about new limited edition drops first. Check the coupon list on this page before you check out to see the latest offers.

New customers can also rely on the 30 day First Pair Guarantee. If the fit or style of your first pair is not right, Step One will refund the purchase or swap it for a new size, which takes the risk out of trying the brand.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery to metro areas on the eastern seaboard usually takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch, while rural areas can take 2 to 6 business days. Orders to Western Australia and South Australia take 3 to 7 business days for metro areas and 3 to 10 business days for rural areas. International orders arrive in 5 to 15 business days, with a $19.95 fee below the free shipping threshold.

Returns and Exchanges

Unworn items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Garments that have been worn cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and sale items are not refundable. Customers pay their own return shipping, and this cost is deducted from any refund. Exchanges are offered for defective or damaged items, and sealed items from multi item orders can be exchanged within the same product range. Email info@stepone.life to start the process.

Payment Options

Step One accepts credit cards, Afterpay, Zip Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. The buy now pay later options let you split the cost of a larger multipack order into smaller payments.
