BunnyCoupon Store Frequently Asked Questions
What does The Bourbon Concierge sell, and is there an age restriction?
The Bourbon Concierge is a boutique rare spirits retailer offering bourbon and whiskey for personal collections, special events, and gifts. Because alcohol is being shipped, an adult signature and proof of age are required upon delivery, as mandated by federal law.
How long does The Bourbon Concierge take to ship orders?
In-stock items are processed within one to two full business days (Monday through Friday) before being handed to the carrier, which picks up packages between 2-4pm on weekdays. The company notes that once in transit, delivery times are not guaranteed and can take longer than advertised. Because alcohol shipping requires a licensed carrier and adult signature, shipping availability and cost may vary depending on the destination state's alcohol shipping laws.
What is The Bourbon Concierge's return policy?
All sales are final and The Bourbon Concierge does not accept returns, with limited exceptions for items damaged in transit, which must be reported within 7 days along with photos. If a package is returned to the company, a restocking fee of 15-25% applies and shipping costs are deducted from any refund.
