About Our Venustas Discount Codes

Venustas is a heated apparel brand that makes battery-powered clothing for cold weather. Its range includes heated jackets, heated vests, heated hoodies and heated fleece jackets for men, women and kids. Most garments run on a 7.4V rechargeable battery pack that powers built-in heating panels, so you can stay warm outdoors without bulky layers. Popular styles include the Zipper Up Heated Fleece Jacket for Men 7.4V M2136, the matching women's version W2136 and the unisex Zipper Up Heated Hoodie U2138.

How to Save at Venustas

Venustas runs several ways to save throughout the year. The current Fall Mega Sale takes up to 45% off selected heated jackets, vests and hoodies. A limited time offer gives an extra $10 off orders of $200 or more, which works well when you buy a jacket and a spare battery together. First-time buyers can get $30 off their first order, so new customers should look for this welcome offer before checking out.

Bundle deals are another strong way to save. When you combine items into a bundle, Venustas takes $120 to $160 off the total, which is useful for couples or families buying heated gear for the whole household. The Deal of the Week section features rotating products with discounts of up to $60, and the Mega Clearance Sale and Outlet section offer up to $50 off on final sale items.

Heatwave Club Rewards

The Venustas Heatwave Club is a membership program where you earn points with your purchases. Points add up over time and can help you save on future orders, so it makes sense to join before you place your first order.

Shipping and Returns

Venustas offers free shipping and free returns. You can follow your parcel through the Venustas order tracking page and start a return through the online Return Center. Keep in mind that clearance and outlet items are sold as final sale, so check the product page before you buy a discounted item.

Warranty and Support

Venustas backs its products with a limited warranty. Heating elements bought on or after January 1, 2025 are covered for 3 years, while earlier purchases have a 2-year warranty on heating elements. Batteries carry a 1-year limited warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, and a valid order number or receipt is needed for every claim. You can register your product on the warranty registration page and find user manuals in the Venustas help center.

Customer service is available by email at service@venustas.com and by phone at +1 888 836 6460 from Monday to Friday during business hours Eastern time. The help center also covers troubleshooting, product care and frequently asked questions about charging and using heated apparel.
