    “Some good, some bad”
    Bought one item to test and I am still undecided. Nothing that would stop me ordering again.

    Used 18Chestnuts twice now and both experiences were smooth. Arrived well within the best before date. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

    “Better than expected”
    Good value, especially compared to the high street. Took about a week to reach me, which is fair for international. Arrived well within the best before date. Comfortably recommend them.

    “Frustrating from the start”
    Wish I had read more reviews before ordering. Customs charges I was not warned about at checkout. The saving was not worth the problems that followed.
