  “Arrived late and damaged”
First and probably last order here. Support never replied to either of my emails. Shipping cost almost as much as the item. Would rate lower if I could.

  “Poor experience”
Everything that could go slightly wrong did. Arrived well outside the delivery window with no apology. Look at the alternatives before committing.

  “Better than expected”
No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Firmware updated without any problems. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.

  “Great value for money”
Everything was packed carefully with plenty of padding. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. Build feels solid rather than plasticky.

  “Long wait, poor result”
Not worth the hassle for the small saving. Arrived well outside the delivery window with no apology. Refund came back short of what I paid.
