  Left me having to sort out problems that should not have existed. Split into three parcels and the last one never came. Charged in a different currency with a poor rate.

  “More hassle than it was worth”
  I had high hopes for 9tofive but it did not work out. Advertised as free shipping but only above an amount they hide well. Dispatch email arrived days after the parcel did. Frustrating from start to finish.

  “Easy recommendation”
  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. They answered a fairly technical question clearly. Sizing chart was accurate down to the measurements. Happy customer, will return.
