  “Great value for money”
  Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. Their bundle deal made it worth buying two instead of one. Feels premium for what it cost.

  “Not bad, not great”
  The code worked but only on part of my basket. Does the job, but I doubt it will last years. They answered the question I asked but not the one I meant. Fine, but I would compare prices first next time.

  “Everything went right”
  First time buyer and I'd happily order again. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Licence key arrived by email within a couple of minutes. Reliable, which counts for a lot.
