The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Sturdy once assembled, no wobble at all. Nothing I would change about the experience.

They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. It looks good in the room and matches the photos.
