  Quality is acceptable but not as good as the photos implied. They split the order into two parcels a week apart without telling me. The FAQ answered more than their support did. Reasonable, but the sale price is really the normal price.

  “Repeat customer now”
  Ordered from AliExpress SZ for the first time and it went better than I expected. Well wrapped, nothing rattling around inside. Been using it daily for a month and it still looks new. Ordering process was clear from start to finish. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

  “Smooth experience”
  They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Stock levels on the site seemed accurate. Already planning my next order.

  “Does exactly what it says”
  Honestly did not expect much at this price point, but AliExpress SZ surprised me. Turned up in four working days with no fuss. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. They have earned a spot in my bookmarks.
