  “Does exactly what it says”
  Placed a fairly big order with Allen Edmonds and everything arrived exactly as listed. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Laces and insoles feel like decent quality, not afterthoughts.

  “Everything went right”
  I read some reviews before ordering and they matched my experience. Easy to reach and no automated runaround. Well wrapped, nothing rattling around inside. Their bundle deal made it worth buying two instead of one. Laces and insoles feel like decent quality, not afterthoughts.
