  Ended up buying more than I planned, which is a good sign. Good value, especially compared to the high street. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Assembly took under an hour with the included tools.

  “Room for improvement”
  They split the order into two parcels a week apart without telling me. Perfectly usable but the photos are flattering. The code worked but only on part of my basket. Live chat was offline every time I tried it. It looks good in the room and matches the photos.

  Used Altenburg twice now and both experiences were smooth. Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. Nothing I would change about the experience.

  “Decent but not perfect”
  Contact options are limited to a form, which slows everything down. Fine value, nothing that made me feel clever about the purchase. Arrived within the outer estimate but nowhere near the inner one. Reasonable, if unspectacular.
