  “Not quite what I hoped”
  Ordering was easy, everything after that was slower. Packaging was fine but there was a lot of unnecessary plastic. The confirmation email had everything I needed.

  Everything was packed carefully with plenty of padding. Will be ordering again before the end of the year.

  Would probably order again, but I would check other sites first. Slight defect on the stitching, not enough to return it. I would use them again for something small.

  “Will be back”
  Has held up well to daily use so far. Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged. Ordering process was clear from start to finish. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.
