    “Room for improvement”
    Sealed properly with tamper evidence intact. Solid enough for a low risk purchase.

    “Reasonable enough”
    Contact options are limited to a form, which slows everything down. Shipping was the weakest part of the whole thing. Okay experience, three stars feels about right.

    Regret using them for something I actually needed on time. Tracking never updated past the dispatch stage. Live chat disconnected every time I raised an issue. Look at the alternatives before committing.

    “Arrived fast and well packed”
    Price was competitive and the quality justified it. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. Dosage instructions were clear on the packaging. It just worked, start to finish.
