Used Am Smart twice now and both experiences were smooth. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. Firmware updated without any problems.

“Happy with this one”

Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. The manual was clear enough to get going quickly. Solid experience overall.
