  “Frustrating from the start”
  Disappointing experience with Arata, unfortunately. Left me out of pocket and out of patience.

  “Disappointing”
  Courier choice was poor and there was no option to change it. One part was already broken when I unpacked it. The saving was not worth the problems that followed. Got copy-paste replies that did not address the problem.

  Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Texture is light and absorbs quickly. Definitely worth a look if you are comparing options.

  “Reliable and quick”
  The discount applied without any trouble at checkout. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. No irritation on sensitive skin, which is my usual problem. Glad I took the chance on them.
