  Response time was quick both times I contacted them. The cut is flattering and it hangs properly.

  Stitching is neat and there were no loose threads anywhere. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

  The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. Photos on the site do not really do it justice. Returns for a different size were straightforward.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  Instructions were clear and it was easy to set up. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. Not the cheapest option out there, but worth what I paid. Sizing chart was accurate down to the measurements.
