    “Fast delivery, good product”
    Feels premium for what it cost. Price was competitive and the quality justified it. Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine.

    Exactly as described, no surprises when I opened it. The scent is subtle rather than overpowering. Overall a very smooth experience.

    “Frustrating from the start”
    Support hours are very limited and not stated clearly. Tracking never updated past the dispatch stage. The saving was not worth the problems that followed.
