  “Will be back”
  The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Third party test results were available when I asked. Sticking with them for future orders.

  Signed up for the newsletter, waited for a sale, and got a genuinely good deal. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. Sealed properly with tamper evidence intact. I have already recommended them to two people.

  “Not bad, not great”
  Ordering was easy, everything after that was slower. Price is fair, though shipping ate into the saving. Reasonably helpful once I got hold of someone. Would recommend with a couple of caveats.
