  No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. Good value, especially compared to the high street. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

  “Quality is lacking”
  Not worth the hassle for the small saving. Support hours are very limited and not stated clearly. Feels cheap and flimsy, nothing like the description.

  Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. Turned up in four working days with no fuss. Runs cool and quiet, which I was worried about. It just worked, start to finish.

  “Better than expected”
  Third order with AutoOne this year, so that probably tells you enough. Price was competitive and the quality justified it. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around.

  “Arrived fast and well packed”
