  Half of my order was great and half was underwhelming. Not expensive, but I have seen it cheaper elsewhere since. There is a bit of a smell out of the box that fades. Delivery window was vague and I ended up waiting in.

  “Repeat customer now”
  They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown.

  “Average experience”
  Started well and then went a bit quiet in the middle. Worth it on sale, not at full price. Dispatch took three days before it even moved.

  “Fine with caveats”
  It got here safely, just slower than I would like. Fine for the price, though I would not pay more for it. Price crept up between adding to basket and paying. Contact options are limited to a form, which slows everything down.
