  “Decent but not perfect”
  Not bad, not great, somewhere in the middle. Reasonably helpful once I got hold of someone. Quality is acceptable but not as good as the photos implied. I will probably shop around next time.

  “Quality is lacking”
  Went in optimistic and came out frustrated. Smells strongly of chemicals and still has not faded. Extra handling fee appeared at the last step.
