“Smooth experience”

Been meaning to leave feedback for a while because the last order went so well. It arrived a day early and the packaging was solid. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. What arrived matched the listing in every respect.

“Quality is there”

Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. They answered a fairly technical question clearly. Stock levels on the site seemed accurate. Solid experience overall.

“Not bad, not great”

I would call it average, which is not a criticism exactly. Shipping took longer than the estimate, though it did arrive. Refund came through, though it took longer than stated.
