    “Decent but not perfect”
    Not expensive, but I have seen it cheaper elsewhere since. The first reply was a template, the second one was actually useful. Booking was straightforward and confirmation came instantly. An average experience, honestly.

    Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. For the price I honestly cannot complain. Support was reachable while I was actually travelling.
