  “Mixed feelings”
  Arrived within the outer estimate but nowhere near the inner one. There is a bit of a smell out of the box that fades. Live chat was offline every time I tried it. Returns for a different size were straightforward. Nothing that would stop me ordering again.

  Reasonable experience with a couple of small annoyances. They split the order into two parcels a week apart without telling me. There is a bit of a smell out of the box that fades. Contact options are limited to a form, which slows everything down.

  Took a chance on a brand I had never heard of and it paid off. Quality is consistent across both items I ordered. Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days.
