  Placed a fairly big order with Bath and Body and everything arrived exactly as listed. Response time was quick both times I contacted them. Would tell a friend to try them.

  The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. No hassle at all when I needed to exchange something. With the discount code it worked out cheaper than anywhere else I checked. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. Packaging is sealed properly and clearly labelled.

  Started falling apart after light use. Advertised as free shipping but only above an amount they hide well. They wanted me to pay return postage on a defective item. The parcel arrived damaged and clearly badly packed.

  “Acceptable”
  Got my issue resolved, just slowly. Not expensive, but I have seen it cheaper elsewhere since. Shipping was the weakest part of the whole thing. Fine for the price, though I would not pay more for it.
