    Fine value, nothing that made me feel clever about the purchase. Tracking stopped updating for a few days which was annoying. Nothing was crushed despite the long journey. Not my first choice, but not off the list either.

    They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Finish is clean, no rough edges or loose threads. It just worked, start to finish.

    “Worth the money”
    One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Sizing was accurate, I went with my usual and it fits. Taste is close to what I would buy in a shop. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.

    Came across BBQ World through a discount code and ended up staying a customer. Taste is close to what I would buy in a shop. I'll be back next time I need something similar.

    “More hassle than it was worth”
    Customs charges I was not warned about at checkout. Refund came back short of what I paid. Not worth the risk in my opinion.
