    “Room for improvement”
    No dispatch email, I only knew because tracking updated. About right for the market, no bargain though. Fine for the price, though I would not pay more for it. Solid enough for a low risk purchase.

    “Does exactly what it says”
    No hassle at all when I needed to exchange something. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. Survived a week of fairly rough handling.

    I compared four different sites before settling on this one. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. No sharp edges and everything feels safe enough. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.
