    “Genuinely impressed”
    Shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown before checkout. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Better made than something I paid twice as much for elsewhere. Good value, especially compared to the high street.

    “Fast delivery, good product”
    Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. Good for beginners without being useless later on.

    “Does exactly what it says”
    Third order with Beach Access this year, so that probably tells you enough. Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. Definitely worth a look if you are comparing options.
