  First and probably last order here. Package arrived opened and one item was missing. Materials are much thinner than described. Frustrating from start to finish.

  “Disappointing”
  Tracking never updated past the dispatch stage. The colour is nothing like what was advertised. Live chat disconnected every time I raised an issue. Would only consider them again if a lot changed.

  Ended up buying more than I planned, which is a good sign. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. The fit is true to the size guide, which is unusual for online clothing. It just worked, start to finish.

  “Wish I had checked elsewhere”
  Regret using them for something I actually needed on time. Support hours are very limited and not stated clearly. Left me out of pocket and out of patience.
