Third order with Beatbot US this year, so that probably tells you enough. Materials feel sturdy and nothing seems cheaply put together. Firmware updated without any problems. Exactly what I hoped for.

Arrived well outside the delivery window with no apology. Extra handling fee appeared at the last step.

Ordering was easy, everything after that was slower. It arrived eventually, just later than I planned around. Fine for the price, though I would not pay more for it. The code worked but only on part of my basket. The manual was clear enough to get going quickly.

Ordered from Beatbot US and it was fine, just not remarkable. Got my issue resolved, just slowly. Price crept up between adding to basket and paying. Build feels solid rather than plasticky. Worth a try if the price is right.
