  “Decent but not perfect”
  Bought one item to test and I am still undecided. Shipping took longer than the estimate, though it did arrive. They answered the question I asked but not the one I meant. Expiry date was well over a year away. Fine, but I would compare prices first next time.

  I've been buying from Beauty Bakerie for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template.

  “Would not order again”
  The colour is nothing like what was advertised. Closed my ticket without resolving anything. The discount code did not work despite being valid. Not going back.

  I do most of my shopping online and this was one of the easier orders. Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. Ingredients list matched what was shown online. Happy customer, will return.
