  The parcel arrived damaged and clearly badly packed. No phone number and the contact form kept erroring.

  “Quick and painless”
  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. It arrived a day early and the packaging was solid. Returns for a different size were straightforward. Will be ordering again before the end of the year.

  They kept me updated when a stock issue came up. Has held up well to daily use so far. Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. The fit is true to the size guide, which is unusual for online clothing. Not much more you can ask for really.
