    “Save your money”
    First and probably last order here. Started falling apart after light use. Delivery was delayed twice without anyone telling me.

    First time buyer and I'd happily order again. Shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown before checkout. Third party test results were available when I asked. No complaints from me.

    “Not as described”
    Customs charges I was not warned about at checkout. Missing components with no mention in the description. Not going back.

    “Worth the money”
    Been using Bellasonic on and off since last winter. They shipped in two parcels and both arrived on the same day. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. No unwanted side effects for me so far.

    Placed a fairly big order with Bellasonic and everything arrived exactly as listed. Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. No unwanted side effects for me so far.
