  Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry. Adjustment straps are secure and easy to set.

  Finish is clean, no rough edges or loose threads. They upgraded my shipping for free because of a small delay. Grip is solid even when things get sweaty. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

  Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Delivery estimate said ten days and it came in six. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

  Used Bellatio twice now and both experiences were smooth. Response time was quick both times I contacted them. Adjustment straps are secure and easy to set.

  Ordered from Bellatio and it was fine, just not remarkable. Good price, though the extra fees at checkout were unexpected. Reasonable quality, though the packaging inside was untidy.
