Bought a gift here in a bit of a rush and it worked out perfectly. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. It arrived a day early and the packaging was solid. Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. Stitching is neat and there were no loose threads anywhere.

Nothing offensive, nothing memorable. Packaging was fine but there was a lot of unnecessary plastic. Sizing runs slightly small, worth ordering up.

    “Not as described”
Not the experience I was hoping for. Cheaper and better on three other sites. Got copy-paste replies that did not address the problem.
