  It shipped a full week after they said it would. Support hours are very limited and not stated clearly. Feels cheap and flimsy, nothing like the description.

  Ordered two items and had problems with both. Refund was promised and then went quiet for a month. Customs charges I was not warned about at checkout. Left me out of pocket and out of patience.

  The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. Nice finish on the seams, feels well made.

  Signed up for the newsletter, waited for a sale, and got a genuinely good deal. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. Material is breathable and comfortable for all day wear. Overall a very smooth experience.

  “Better than expected”
  Took about a week to reach me, which is fair for international. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. Photos on the site do not really do it justice. Not much more you can ask for really.
